- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The device model (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad mini)

- What you were doing — Daily or Practice, and which difficulty
Common questions
How do I play?
Each board is full of bending arrows. Tap an arrow and the whole arrow slides, head first, in the direction it points. If the lane ahead is clear all the way to the edge, the arrow slides off the board. If another arrow is in the way, it slides up to that blocker and stops there. Clear the board by freeing every arrow — which means freeing the blockers first, in the right order.
Do I ever have to guess?
No. Every puzzle has a solution you can reach by logic alone. Look at which arrows are blocked and which are free, and work out the order that clears everything. If you change your mind, tap Undo.
What is a "clean solve"?
Solving a board without using Undo and without tapping a blocked arrow earns a clean-solve mark in your stats. It's an optional badge for elegant play — it never changes whether a board counts as solved.
What are the difficulties?
Easy, Medium, Hard, and Expert. Higher difficulties use larger boards with longer, more tangled arrows and more forced slides, so tracing the right order takes more thought.
What's the difference between Daily and Practice?
The Daily is one shared puzzle per calendar day — everyone gets the same board, and your streak grows as you keep solving. Practice gives you unlimited fresh boards at any difficulty, whenever you like.
I missed yesterday's daily — can I play it now?
No. Daily puzzles are tied to the calendar day in your local time zone, and there is no archive of past dailies. Practice mode lets you play unlimited boards anytime.
Can I change the language?
Quiet Quiver follows your iPhone's language automatically and is fully translated into fifteen languages. Change it in iOS Settings → Quiet Quiver → Language, or system-wide in Settings → General → Language & Region.
How do I mute the music or sound effects?
Tap the music or sound icon in the header on the Home screen. Settings → Audio also has separate toggles plus volume sliders. Long-press the Home music icon for the mini-player.
How do I change the theme?
Tap the palette icon in the header, or pick a theme in Settings → Appearance. There are five, including light and dark options.
How do I reset my stats?
Settings → Data → Reset. This is permanent — there's no cloud backup, so once you reset, the data is gone.

Settings → Onboarding → Replay onboarding.
